THE START LINE IS THE MOMENT YOU KNOW.

Who reacts faster already leads.

F1:AM does not reward memorization. The location changes, the conditions change, the city refuses to cooperate. Preparation means learning to move before certainty arrives.

SECTION 03DOCTRINE

THE SEVEN LAWS

01Adaptation is the only permanent strategy.
02Certainty is a luxury you cannot afford.
03The unprepared arrive after the race is over.
04Control your response. You cannot control the track.
05Pressure reveals what preparation built.
06The seat belongs to performance, not to comfort.

SECTION 06DOCTRINE

THE MANIFESTO

The world does not reward certainty. The world rewards adaptation. We are not here to predict the track. We are here to be ready for any configuration. F1:AM is not a community. It is a qualification. Not everyone is selected. Not everyone survives the pressure. But those who do — those who prepare before the race is announced — they understand something the others don't. The race began before you read this.

THE WORLD REWARDS ADAPTATION.

INFECTED Manifesto / 001 · Est. 2024

Some ideas make returning impossible.

INFECTED is an agenda for design. It does not ask for your attention; it changes what your attention finds. Here it is, in order.

00 · Feel it first

Before any explanation: three steps, and after them the grid is no longer the same grid.

First you look.

Then you see.

Then you can’t stop seeing it.

Scroll. Then run the cursor over the grid.

00 · Second look

Same letters. Another meaning.

That is the whole agenda in three words: nothing on the page changed, only the way you read it.

Point at a word, or tap it. What you have seen does not go away.

01 · The belief

What we actually want.

INFECTED is not about spreading ideas. It’s about ideas that make returning impossible.

In one sentence

Some ideas change the way you see everything after them.

02 · The enemy

What we work against, and what we don’t.

~~Not commerce.~~
~~Not technology.~~
~~Not AI.~~
The enemy is indifference.

What indifference makes

Banality
Automatic consumption
Thoughtless design
Forgettable experiences

INFECTED exists to challenge indifference.

03 · The mission

What we do with attention once we have it.

Not to create attention. To redirect it.

Not to tell people what to think. To help them notice what they missed.

05 · The proof: the agenda on real surfaces

Never explain the infection. Demonstrate it.

The same rule on every surface: large white space, one idea, one red interruption.

04 · The method: how an idea infects

What happens in the head of whoever meets the work, in five steps.

01

Cause

Something breaks the routine.

02

Attention

It asks for a place in your mind.

03

Shift

Your thinking rearranges itself around it.

04

New perspective

The old way of seeing stops working.

05

No return

You can’t go back to not seeing it.

06 · Four rules for whoever designs with it

How the agenda turns into decisions.

Look deeperFind what everyone walked past.
Question assumptionsAsk why it has to look like this.
Reject banalityIf it could be anyone’s, it is no one’s.
Break returnLeave something the viewer can’t unsee.

07 · The look: how the agenda looks on a page

White 60%Space. Thought. Silence.

Black 30%Structure. Meaning. Typography.

Red 10%Attention. Shift. Discovery.

The red never dominates. The red points.

* Please know this is a concept. I don’t really mean it, or feel the way this site talks. I simply think that presenting anything graphically raises its creativity, so I picked a notorious subject and chose to brand exactly that.

Who we are

01

A channel about assassins.

02

The killing trade

People whose job is to eliminate other people.

03

An open stage

The pros tell the art of killing; our experts show it up close.

04

Your academy

Where you become a scholar of the trade.

A masked assassin; someone has scribbled a smile, crosses for eyes and a crown on him

The persona

A learned assassin, with knowledge and experience of killing techniques from all over the world.

The values

Quiet · Deadly · Precise · Violent · Sharp · Predatory

The vision

A community of fight fans, with sponsors from the fight world such as MMA.

Ranks and ratings

Every killer gets a rank

Not just any murderer interests us; we are looking for serious killers. If they are genius, deranged and notorious, we will love the execution more, and so we award every real killer their rank (you can always improve, by the way…)

Creative weapons

How much creativity can you kill with?

Every kill with a creative tool gets a rank from us. The easier and less creative it is, the lower the rank: so a saw, a tool made for easy killing, gets an E, while a kill by rubber duck gets an A.

And in everyone, a small psychotic streak of killing.

Just for fun

The voices won’t shut up.

Pick a knife or a gun. It follows your cursor or finger; click to stab or shoot.

The emotional promise

The truth and knowledge of people who operated this way, and with them the strength and mindset of an assassin.

The practical promise

Content covered by people with real field experience (ex-Mossad, Shin Bet, CIA), alongside history, martial arts and self-defence.

Fun-tactic! Series of folding booklets

Fun-tactic!

Grab a shape and throw it

What it is

Four booklets for when you're stuck.

A series of four folding booklets for designers: font, grid, concept and message. Each one opens with the question “Stuck?”, gives a short checklist and examples, and closes with the same promise: yours will be excellent, fun-tactic!

01

Font

How many fonts do you need? Four roles are usually enough: title, running text, information and display. The booklet walks through the hierarchy, a five-point checklist (right for the job, the size, the style, the character of the concept and its role) and a size sheet to test with.

02

Grid

How to build a grid, how it holds the page, and when you are allowed to break it. Then comes “go wild”: examples from design history that show the grid giving freedom, not only limits.

03

Concept

How closely should I stick to the brief? From one idea to many ideas, and from a mind map to the one idea that holds the whole piece together.

04

Message

What do we actually want to say, and how do we make sure it lands. A checklist, the dos and don'ts, and a small tip at the end.

01The idea

A legume brand that speaks about nature.

A legume brand that speaks of nature. The starting point: the market, where spices and pulses stand in open sacks.

02The shape

A market sack, made for today.

The decision: keep the market sack, and make it a bag you would carry today.

03The language

One language, each product its own.

The decision: one language for all, and each product told apart by its own plant, drawn by hand, and its name set large.

The chickpea label: a red hand-drawn chickpea plant and the product name

04The material

A biodegradable sack that looks painted.

The decision: print straight on the cloth, so the sack looks painted, like the sacks in the market.

Screen printing the label onto the cloth by hand

Home, in a sack

Back to the field: plant the sack

Use it again, or plant it.

05The result

A sack that goes back to the earth.

The decision: a second life. The sack is meant to be used again as a bag, or planted; the QR code on it gives each product’s nutritional values.

HaimBarami

A designer who started in the margins of his notebooks, and never stopped.

01

The margins

From the beginning I was a creative child who loved to draw and doodle on notebooks, textbooks, book margins and more...

02

A way of life

Little by little the hobby became a lifestyle, and thus almost everything around me became designed and meaningful.

03

Everything gets designed

Every place I went became illustrated and designed whether it was in school, in my textbooks, in the army on my platoon shirts, and that's how I eventually decided to study at the Goren School of Visual Arts.

04

Today

Now I am a graphic designer who mainly likes to work in companies (in-house). But never refuses an interesting design proposal.
